• External Communication - Media liaising, establishing relationships with analysts & key media and industry analysts
• Content development – Create authored articles, press releases, press notes, proactive and reactive quotes, and media responses to email queries
• Research & analysis – Keeping abreast with industry trends and competition benchmarking
• CSR – Drive the Corporate Social Responsibility efforts of the company effectively with key stakeholders (media & partners) by way of curating events or qualitative conversations with the spokespeople
• Operational support – Timely reviews and documentation, maintaining data repository
