Processing orders for customers located in US and UK

• Preparing quotations for customers within given TAT.

• Investigating issues of pending orders, order returns and resolve them accordingly.
• Pulling data from given websites, data cleansing by using advance excel formulas, preparing report in given formats, preparing Pivot Tables and Dashboard’s.
• Handling price query for customers in US and UK.
• Responding to customer queries regarding pending orders through emails.
• Auditing internal cases and sharing feedback to Reps.
• Updating/Modifying vendor information in database as per vendor requests.
