• Responsible to procure new instruments and maintain minimum chemical /glass inventory as required in main lab as well at CC/BMCU,s .
• Daily monitoring of material balance and RMRD timings.
• Cross verification of SAP data VS actual data.
• Milk agent level inspection in case of doubtful milk collection centres, and educating farmers about CMP (clean milk production) and training for CC and BMC QA assistants as per requirement.
• Identify and rejecting of adulterated and abnormal milk at CC/BMCU’s and agent level.
• Preparation of adulteration chemicals and MBRT solution as per requirement.

 AT PLANT |

• As a shift in charge at milk and milk products lab daily monitoring of physical and chemical properties of milk and milk products like OT, MBRT, PT, FAT, SNF, TS, ACIDITY, MOISTURE, FFA, BR reading and cold chain management until products dispatched to consumer.
• Adding microbial cultures for curd preparation.
• Monitoring the milk and milk products production under hygiene conditions and releasing the products as per FSSSAI standards.
• Preparing MIS reports, timely reporting to superiors, identifying the deviations and solving them by discussing with concern section in charges and superiors effectively.
• Monitor, maintain and update accurate data in records and SAP on time without deviations.
• Ensure to reduce market complaints, analysis of competitors samples effectively and implementation of SOP’s.
• Monitor and checking of personal hygiene, GHP, GMP and SAFETY in all sections and safety training as per requirement.
• Testing of CIP solutions on daily basis. Shelf life study of milk and milk products and competitor’s samples. Ensure and reduce market complaints, Attending customer complaints as per requirement.
