I Worked At VSMMC In Various Areas( Ward, Emergency, Opd, Community , OT Etc ) Of Hospital In Various Departments ( Medicine , Surgery,obsgyne,pedia, Ent,ophtha, Etc) For 18 To 24 Hours A Day For One Year. We Were Given Responsibilities Like Complete History Taking ,doing Physical Examination, Performing Various Procedures (Iv Lines, IFC, Ngt, Paracentesis , Lumbar Tap, NVD, Suturing , Wound Debridement , Assisting In All Kinds Of Minor And Major Surgeries At OT) , Prescription Writing, Diagnosis And Management Of Patients At Ward And Critically Ill Patients At Emergency And ICU . We Were Also Given Various Tasks Like Individual Patient Care , Assignments On Topics Like Trauma Care , DM, HTN, Stroke Etc , Presentations And Project Works And Community Works .This Clerkship Rotation Helped Me Alot By Giving A Good Exposure And Experience As A Clinical Doctor .
