  • Client on boarding in TADH(Trading agreement data management)
  • Reviewing IDSA master agreement along with other documents and codifying in TADH.
  • Modify as per COA & COT agreements.
  • Legal documentation drafting & negotiating and Execution.
  • uploading the agreements in internal systems ,Codifying the agreement, Agreement management and Setting up trading limitations based upon type of Agreement .
  • Effectively address on Trade blocks queries.

ROLES & RESEPONSIBILITIES IN TADH

  • Client on boarding in TADH { Trading Agreement Data Management )
  • Reviewing ISDA master aggreement along with other Legal documents and codifying in TADH.
  • Modify as per COA & COT agreements.
  • Legal Document Drafting & Negotiation and Execution.Uploading the Agreements in internal systems.
  • Codify the agreements, Agreement Management and Setting up trading limitations based upon type of Agreement.
  • Effectively address on Trade blocks queries.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES at GLOBAL ENTITLEMENTS-

  • The primary job is to onboard an entity under a per-approved agent regulated by approved Regulators of UBS. Give an approval for those clients who wish to trade Equities, SWAPS Options, Commodities, Fixed Income, and FX etc. in a new jurisdiction.
  • Collecting required documents to meet or to enhance the requirements before Onboarding.
  • Obtaining regulatory requirements while onboarding the entity based on the product and contracting entities
  • Background screening - COSIMA checks for Entities – Obtaining RHOB signoff in case of any Hit's (negative news)
  • Ensuring clients meet regulatory requirement (EMIR, FINFRAG, DOFF FRANK, SFTR, SSD, VOLKER)
  • Perform amendment for existing entities to meet business requirements. Ensuring clients meet regulatory requirement (EMIR, FINFRAG, DOFF FRANK, SFTR, SSD, VOLKER)
  • Perform amendment for existing entities to meet business requirements.
  • Sending EOD reports to stakeholders.
