Roles And Responsibilities
- Ensure Maintenance & practice of IATF- 16949 Quality Systems, VDA & ISO 14001 requirements.
- Managing all quality systems and activities for total plant to meet Customer, Internal & Third-party requirements & quality targets.
- Work with all team on day to day quality issues and ensure they are following all systems with in Target date.
- All customer new requirement and systems training and implementation to be done with Target date.
- Training of team members to meet customer requirements, all other quality metrics to improve their skills.
- Working closely with customer to understand their requirement and ensure all required quality standards are implemented, maintained and followed in the shop floor to get required results.
- Responsible for conducting DRM meeting and follow with team to close all DRM open points.
- Customer monthly quality and delivery performance to be analyzed and coordinate with responsible team to take corrective actions to meet their requirement.
- Ensure all customer complaints are closed with in customer required Target dates.
- Internal audit plan has to be done as per plan and ensure NC closing with in Target dates
