- Involved in maintaining and upgrading our services like (Jira, Confluence & Phantom)
- We will be extracting the monthly vulnerabilities on Jira, Confluence, Phantom, and Catalyst & Exabeam
- Based on the vulnerabilities we will be patching the above services accordingly
- Involved in extracting the current user list in Crowd Strike and upload it into the Sail Point system for account tracking
- Created the users accounts in Crowd Strike using the user management setup and assigned the required roles as per their requirements in identity.cba portal
- Renewed SSL certificates for CDO Cloud services
- Will be providing the access to the PenTesters to document their findings that they have performed through Catalyst
- Created new Sail Point groups for their respective projects / new projects
- This would be basically done first in Test environment and then when everything looks good, will be implementing the same in production environment
- Using the automation, I have created a dashboard showing the CPU utilization, volume used and memory usage metrics for all the Production servers using AWS Cloud watch metrics
- Involved in performing a resilience test on phantom servers via availability zones to get the CPU and Load usage on the servers
- Have created SOP's on the confluence page for OS level patching on catalyst infrastructures and SSL renewals to the most recent method
- Will be performing Exabeam beam site collectors refresh every month
