• Review and validate MEP designs, drawings, and specifications in coordination with architects and structural engineers.
• Ensure compliance with national and local building codes, fire safety norms, and sustainability standards.
• Evaluate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting system designs for optimal efficiency.
• Collaborate with design consultants to optimize MEP layouts for cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the execution of MEP works on-site, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material procurement to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Conduct regular inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations.
• Identify and liaise with MEP contractors, vendors, and suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
• Review and assess BOQs, technical proposals, and tender documents.
• Ensure quality control in materials, workmanship, and installation processes.
• Supervise system testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP services.
• Conduct troubleshooting and recommend solutions for defects or system inefficiencies.
• Provide training to facility management teams for MEP system operations and maintenance.

• Managing overall Technical and soft services operations of Software Park & Data center.
• Preparation of SLA cards, MMR & Daily Reports, Budgets
• Heading Soft services, Engineering, EHS & Compliance
• ISO Internal and external audits handling
• Energy saving objectives planning and implementation
• Responsible for ensuring maintenance/ repairs of site-critical facility infrastructure

• Responsible for Software Park Operations and Maintenance end to end in the part of IFMS
• Responsible for ensuring maintenance/ repairs of site-critical facility infrastructure
• Optimize the use of office space, ensuring proper seating arrangements and facility utilization including Leasing services, Collection of Rents and CAM charges.
• Preparation of Capex & Operation expenses and ensuring adherence on the same.
• Develop and deliver the regular engineering reports and ensure adherence to contracted deliverables including SLA’s and KPI’s.
• Implementation of global standards, processes, and policies in the data center.
• (From July-2011 to FEB-2012)
• Execution of 25 MW Solar power Plant at Gujarat National Solar Park.
• Insulation & Commissioning of 66KV/11kV switch Yard with 25 nos of 1MW inputs with inter HT Cable Network with Numerical & Electromagnetic type relays.
• Installation of Grid connect Invertors of 500 KW x 50 No's for 25 MW Power Plant.
• PV Module interconnections with DC Arrays and DC cabling up to Invertor level

• Installation & Commissioning of 33/.44KV substation with PCC, MCC level Panels, APFC & CRP Panels, and Diesel Generator 1250 KVA with AMF panel.
• Erection of 15 TPH Steam Boiler’s with fuel connivers, Bag filters, Pneumatic Ash handling systems, with all the control & protection equipment with PLC based control wiring.

• Survey & Execution of LT, 11&33Kv Lines for Rural Electrification works under (RGGVY) Scheme, High Voltage Distribution projects
