Worked as an IT Analyst for the Compliance application suite of a leading bank, supporting four key applications. My responsibilities included:
Performing code-level debugging and resolving production issues.
Enhancing existing applications based on customer requirements and functional specifications.
Managing and monitoring batch processes and ensuring smooth execution of scheduled jobs.
Collaborating with users to address functional issues and ensure application stability.

Project Description:
ABACUS is a comprehensive billing and contract management system designed to handle the entire billing lifecycle for Fuji Xerox’s global customer base, from contract updates to final invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Involved in enhancing existing system functionalities based on evolving business needs.

Conducted detailed analysis of client requirements and translated them into technical design documents.

Performed coding, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure stable and quality releases.

Created comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate new and modified functionalities.

Provided proactive support for existing applications, including issue diagnosis and resolution.
