- Supplier negotiation for hydrostatic transmission localization project in India and ensuring the product meets its cost and functionality goal by qualifying the supplier .
- Expertise in Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Completed more than 100 result driven tolerance stack up .
- Worked on setting up a procedure for end of line testing of hydrostatic transmission before shipping to customer
- Expertise in PROE software for 3D modelling of casting and machined parts and assemblies , 2D dimensioning and tolerance of complex parts such as casting and machining of hydraulic pump and motor housing ,end cover and other components
- Active participation in COST OUT events and idea generation
- Quality check for designs to meet the company and customer standards
- Hands on experience on UG-NX
- Identification of the development needs of team, finding the training resources and drive the trainings to keep the learning curve exponential ensuring the team walking on the path of 4th Industrial revolution .
