• Lead Auditing: IRCA certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead auditor (TUV Nord) with 1½ year of experience in QMS auditing.
• Project Management: Review site project work packages, Site Instructions, Installation manuals, Risks Analysis & Safety plans. Ensuring all works are in line with the company standards and Client specification
• Study project documentation, prepare detail report about changes made on site and cooperate to the engineering offices
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies pertaining to E&I installation (Certificates, Areas classification etc.)
• Ensure compliance with Factory / Site ITP and perform FAT & SAT
• Supervision of calibration, functional check, Loop check, Maintenance and respective testing on the equipment
• Prepare regular technical reports, maintain accurate documentation, and update relevant records.
• Provide guidance and support to NCA team on-site, fostering a positive work environment and promoting skills development.
• Ensure safety throughout all activities in the workplace (On Field as well as in the Vendor's facilities).
• Responsible to ensure proper documentation and reporting of related activities (Progress reports, Punch List, Testing, etc.);
• Be involved and participate in client, vendor, and/or subcontractor meetings to resolve issues;
• Work in close coordination with Site Manager and Commissioning Manager to assure a smooth execution of the scheduled activities
• Take decision on daily basis to guarantee a smooth schedule progression;
• In coordination with Site & Project Management, negotiate and agree with the client on any change related to Installation topics;
• Resolve technical issues or disputes, if in the interest of overall project management or the decision violates contractual, safety or quality requirements.
• Production Management: Strong planning skills. To meet the deadlines for production and to keep inventory in check. Exposure to various processes like, Pressure Die casting, Powder coating, PCB assembling, Plastic Molding, Rubber Molding, Gas Calibrations, Sterilizer validations etc.
• ISO 9001 Quality Management: Development and ongoing management of an ISO 9001:2015 compliant Quality Management System (QMS) in a design, manufacture, sales and service environment.
• Design & Development: Designed Pharmaceutical lab products to meet market and customer's needs.
• Purchase Management: Implementation of KANBAN save money by maintaining low levels of inventory while keeping enough inventory on hand to meet customer demand, and both plan manufacturing, delivery, and repurchase of materials
• QA/QC: Implementation of FMEA method to error free the production process.
