Project Background - Migration of Netezza database to tableau dashboards via GCP Big query and creating a semantic layer in big query to make the process more efficient and optimized

My Responsibilities -

• Conducting research, gathering information from multiple sources and analyzing data to provide better understanding to this process.
• Development of tables and views including materialized views in Big query as per the process requirements.
• Efficiently working with customers to understand needs and designing a better approach to provide excellent service.

Project Background - To manage insights of Campaign's data, Customer Segmentation, Analysis of campaign's performance in the market on the basis of different KPIs and to convey key business insights and chalk out better customer engagement strategies by analyzing and understanding customer behavior.

Project Responsibilities -

● Managed Customer Segmentation and Campaign Redemption i.e. evaluation of the performance of every campaign or promotional activity happening lately in market, not just in terms of redemption but also the no. of customers it has attracted along with other KPI measures via using SQL and Big query.

● Good experience on implementing and refreshing dashboards, data visualization and analytics using Tableau to showcase periodically and quarterly brand performance to stakeholders.

● Experience in running python scripts on GCP SDK environment and analyzing results using GCP Big query.

Project Background - This project is meant to handle technical data from different sites of BSNL using SQLserver and Advanced Excel and interpreted that data to draw conclusions for managerial action and strategy regarding repaired units.

Project Responsibilities -

● Worked as an analyst to generate and filter out useful information out of a pool of data that was received from different sites using sql. Follow-up & action closure on field/ customer complaints/reliability problem and Resolution of defects using Pareto chart.

● Ensured that all new releases (Software) for testing and integration working fine & provide feedback to the Development team and Supervision of the Repairing & Calibration of all types of Instruments used in Respective area
