Over the past 6 years in TCS , worked across different service delivery projects like API Migration,Citrix Migration with Application Packaging,Distributed Environment.My work with these different projects developed me to upskill my expertise and grow as a Business Analyst:

• Played a crucial role in different activities of project like analyzing and gathering the required information and designing it as per functional and business requirements.
• Usage and track work progress in JIRA,Confluence.
• Make change request and deployments for any new changes in the application and maintain the incident management, Usage of ServiceNow to track any issue in the ongoing deployments .

Expertise:

• Change Management implementation using ServiceNow creating and scheduling task and maintaining incident management within SLA.Clear quest usage for windows administration and local server compatibilities.
• Acted as contact person between stakeholders and vendors and also as a bridge between internal customers and external third party vendors.
