· Developing LRUs qualified for Mil standards (MIL-STD-704D, MIL-STD-810F/G, MIL-STD-461F/G, RTCA-DO-178) in co-ordination with Certification authorities & Vendors

· Preparation of wiring diagrams, loom drawings, wire bundles & electrical assemblies/panel drawings. Preparation of continuity check schedules, megger check schedule, functional checks for the same.

· Expertise in free wheel actuators, Rescue hoist, chip burning system, Cargo hook, Emergency Floatation systems, External Ground power units, landing gear & Windshield wiper washing systems.

· Expertise in DC & AC load analysis as per MIL-E-7016

· Worked in Engine control system DECU..etc
