Worked as a core member/BIE in SCOT (Supply Chain Optimization Technologies), a critical organization within Amazon ecommerce India operations directly responsible for ensuring efficiency at different levels of the supply chain, such as forecasting, sourcing, inventory, availability, etc.
Was part of the availability charter within SCOT Automated Inventory Management Team responsible for reducing Retail out-of-stock (ROOS) - one of the critical P0 metric to track availability at marketplace level aimed at improving product availability and customer experience at Amazon.in stores.
Program, Insights and Advisory team (PI&A) is a strategic support group of Accenture responsible for partnering with Accenture leadership (comprising Industry Leads, Operating Groups and Consulting Practices) to bring business objectives into executable work-streams, performance reporting with sales, pipeline and financial metrics, customize data analysis and provide meaningful data driven insights to the leadership & help take better decisions and drive business performance. As part of PI&A team I was responsible for collaborating with stakeholders (industry leads), gathering requirements, solution ideation, setting-up process to support various industries and consulting practices, resource planning, delivery management, status tracking and health monitoring of projects.
