Worked as a core member/BIE in SCOT (Supply Chain Optimization Technologies), a critical organization within Amazon ecommerce India operations directly responsible for ensuring efficiency at different levels of the supply chain, such as forecasting, sourcing, inventory, availability, etc.

Was part of the availability charter within SCOT Automated Inventory Management Team responsible for reducing Retail out-of-stock (ROOS) - one of the critical P0 metric to track availability at marketplace level aimed at improving product availability and customer experience at Amazon.in stores.

• Ownership of weekly reports and other key deliverables for critical CX metric ROOS/SoROOS providing details of ROOS attribution bridge and WoW movement at A.in, product family, GL and brand level and catering to 500+ stakeholders within SCOT
• Automated these reports to reduce turnaround time and enable quick insights into key factors driving A.in ROOS movement at various cuts and levels
• Partnering with Product Managers, PFMs and other SCOT teams to analyse complex business problems centred around ROOS improvement which typically involves analytical thinking, writing complex SQL queries in Redshift, creating data pipelines using Amazon's ETL tools like Datanet, creating dashboards in Quicksight, data mining and technical problem solving
• Performing deep dives into data/code as per business requirements to solve complex problems such as factors leading to high LDS in HnB ROOS bridge, high FAR for A.in vs other geographies etc., identifying root causes and recommending solutions
• Analysis of various complex real time problems such as significant drop in Retail GV share within quarter, loss of sale (GMS) to super image competitors during Diwali'22 sales, generating deep business insights to help leadership towards strategic decision making
• Led growth initiatives in 2022 H2 such as priority scheduling of high GV asins – a strategic initiative leading to significant drop in ROOS at A.in marketplace and substantial dollar savings (~13 crores per quarter)

Program, Insights and Advisory team (PI&A) is a strategic support group of Accenture responsible for partnering with Accenture leadership (comprising Industry Leads, Operating Groups and Consulting Practices) to bring business objectives into executable work-streams, performance reporting with sales, pipeline and financial metrics, customize data analysis and provide meaningful data driven insights to the leadership & help take better decisions and drive business performance. As part of PI&A team I was responsible for collaborating with stakeholders (industry leads), gathering requirements, solution ideation, setting-up process to support various industries and consulting practices, resource planning, delivery management, status tracking and health monitoring of projects.

• Headed program managing projects around Quality and Risk Management and GTO support work for CMT OG industry leads
• Developed a robust automated solution for MDI (Market Development Initiatives) budget tracking used across various functional practices

Also, led the QC Team of 6 members in offering QA/UAT support on an online reporting application developed to aid the Incentive Compensation process for the client.

Project Lead (for 3.5 years) in GSK IC Business Team responsible for managing complex Incentive Compensation Payout process for Glaxo SmithKline NA sales force comprising around 4500 sales professionals in the US. Implemented reporting solutions as per business requirements and managed offshore deliveries with 6-8 members team.

· Interfaced with Onsite Client Team in analyzing new requirements, effort estimation and conducting discovery sessions to obtain clarifications.

· Headed Business Team of 6 resources responsible for parallel implementation of complex business logic in SQL Server, report generation, data management and QC of final reports/IC scorecards.

Worked as a Reporting Analyst in MS Fixed Income Risk Offshore Team responsible for providing support and enhancements on a client reporting application used to generate critical reports used by Morgan Stanley’s Portfolio Managers to evaluate risk associated with various market fixed income instruments and measure their relative performance.
