  • Responsibilities in MSN:
  • Statutory Compliances for MSN Group (India) operations.
  • Maintain all statutory registers and records as per the Factories act, TG Shops and Establishment Act and Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act.
  • Maintaining the records and register as per the ECOVADIS requirements related to Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and part of environment.
  • Maintaining the data for ISO, & Secretarial Audit.
  • Timely filing the Monthly returns with EPFO, ESIC, NPS and Professional Tax.
  • Licensing renewals, amendments and annual license fee payments.
  • Ensuring the all locations having the updated Display abstracts of Acts in regional languages.
  • Show working hours, holiday list, and wages near the main entrance and notice board.
  • Filing the Annual returns under the TG shops & Establishment Act, the Factories act for MSN Group of Companies.
  • Ensure wages are paid as per the Minimum Wages Act and on time.
  • Handle bonus, leave encashment, gratuity as per the applicability.
  • Follow to the Telangana minimum wages notifications (updated twice in a year).
  • Ensure contractors are registered and comply with CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act).
  • Maintain wage and compliance records of contract employees.
  • Ensure disciplinary actions and employee terminations comply with Company Policies and Laws.
  • Coordinate with legal teams on labor disputes or show-cause notices.
  • Coordination’s with the Telangana Labour Department Officials, EPFO and ESIC Regional Officers.
  • Responsible for MSN Group (India) SDT payroll operations.
  • Monthly Joiners data updating the LSMW & BDC after mapping their position codes and cost centers.
  • Validation and Consolidation of Attendance for all locations.
  • Validation and updating all the monthly Deductions or benefits using LSMW/BDC formats.
  • Ensured accurate and timely processing of all stipend.
  • HRMS
  • Contributed to the implementation of HRMS applications for MSN Group India.
  • Matrix Centralized attendance system for GMP compliance.

Recruitment and Manpower Planning:

  • Obtaining manpower requirements from the client in a timely manner.
  • Worked on end-to-end recruitment, salary negotiation, offer releasing, and closure of position within TAT.

Payroll Management:

  • Receiving attendance from clients, verifying, preparing attendance and provisions, processing payroll, and completing the disbursement part, along with coordination with clients.
  • Preparation of pay sheets, along with the invoice, and submitting them to clients on time.
  • Preparing pay slips and issuing them to employees.
  • Maintaining the HR database, employee personal files, appraisals, and leave management.
  • Knowledge about performance management, employee reward, and recognition activities.

Statutory Compliance and labor laws:

  • Preparing monthly challahs of EPF and ESI, remitting the same to the bank.
  • Applying for licenses and renewals of CLR&A and S&E online. Filing the Integrated Annual Returns.
  • Following all statutory compliance and labor laws, as per their applicability.
  • Attending monthly statutory audits at clients' locations.
  • Conducting safety training programs at clients' locations.

Employee Relations:

  • Handling around 1,000 employees in our clients, deployed through Nalanda.
  • Establishing good relationships among employees, resolving their queries, and following up with them to ensure maximum employee satisfaction by achieving delivery and quality norms.
  • Maintain a harmonious work climate by meeting with the employees regularly at the workplace to understand and solve their problems.
  • Managing pre-employment and periodic medical check-ups of employees.
  • Handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.

Client Relations:

  • Dealing with 10 or more clients in various locations across India.
  • Attending the vendors' meeting at the clients' location on a monthly basis.
  • Meet the client's expectations on time.
  • Taking care of clients, agreements, and the renewal process.
  • Maintaining clients' MIS data for future requirements.

Employee Exit Formalities:

  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • Ensuring the completion of separation formalities, such as handovers, and submission of no-due certificates.
  • Completion of F&F and gratuity payments ensures that checks are issued to ex-employees within committed timelines.
  • Issuing relieving letters, experience certificates, and service certificates.

Other Activities:
