Humana TMO, 05/01/22, 09/30/24, Humana, Translation Management Tool (TMT) will be used to translate manual requests for Healthcare & Insurance, details and billing information are translated from English to different languages and involved in the analysis of requirements involved in functional specification documents to develop test cases and scenarios. Create a test case. Maintain Test Cases and Retest defect fixes on each release build. Performed Smoke, Functional, System Integration, Retesting, Regression testing and API (POSTMAN and SoapUI) Testing using different HTTP methods like GET, POST, PUT & DELETE also participated in daily status meetings and scrum calls. Retrospective calls are fully implemented, and the repeated errors are eliminated. During testing, we monitor error logs in Splunk and those logs should create tickets in ServiceNow. Performed Database Testing for backend validations and performed automation regression testing and calls with the team and developers to discuss open issues and communicate with the onsite team.
