• As a financial associate in retail our responsibility is accurately verifying the international financial documentation, tax documents, creditability to know the status of approval or rejection of the loan amount.
• We will Act as an intermediary for vendor and customer to review the required documentation transparently and if any documentation is missing requesting the vendor to provide the required documentation through email conversations and complete the loan application.
• We have many products in retails which requires documentation for a loan application to be approved.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of the customer personal information securely is main responsibility of the employee in this loan processing.

• I use to work on Accounts Payable Past due invoices
• Efficiently track, manage, and resolve past due invoices.
• After monitoring the past due invoices, we use to validations to pay the past due invoices.
• If the invoice is not meeting the validations (signature, date or amount discrepancies) we are skilled in negotiating with vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies through email conversations.
• If validations are met, we use to pay the amount using SAP tool (Debit reversals).
• Also use to work on Debit memo and credit memo using SAP tool.
• We use to calculate the difference amount to be paid to vendor which is (Debit memo – credit memo) using Excel and use to pay the remaining amount through SAP tool.
