Providing user support for the entire Marketing and Sales operations successfully at RINL-VSP since May 2014 to date in the following areas.

• Management of Material, Customer and Service masters.
• Domestic Sales operations at 26 branches and stockyards.
• Exports Sales operations from two ports.
• Rail and Road Logistics and complete documentation.
• Pricing of all the Semi finished, Finished and By-products.
• Planning of materials for sales and stock transfer to RINL branches.
• Automatic Credit management at region, branch and customer level with workflow techniques along with management of Bank Guarantee (BG) and Letter of Credits (LC).
• Forward e-auctions and e-tenders conducted in SAP.
• Implementation of new modules like GST, TCS / TDS, E invoicing, E Way bill etc.
• Billing of Services implemented after GST.
• Providing interfaces to external systems like eSuvidha (RINL e Sales Portal), Corporate Dashboard, Yard Management System, L&T Advance Shipping Note Module.
• Management of user roles and authorizations.

• Associated with the implementation of different SAP modules related to Sales and Marketing activities in Visakhapatnam Steel Plant as a core team member from the IT side.
• Worked closely in all the functional discussions with the implementation partner, along with business team members.
• Oversaw all the configurations, developments, testing, and documentation during the implementation.
• Prepared masters and cut-over data from legacy systems and uploaded before go-live in May 2014.
• Conducted end user training for all sections of users in the Marketing department.
• Prepared user roles and authorizations suitable for all the areas of the Marketing department.

• Associated with the migration of logistics applications related to rail and road dispatches into Oracle Applications by M/S USIT.
• Worked closely in all the functional discussions with the implementation partner, and provided all the business inputs.
• Oversaw all the developments, testing, master data, and documentation during the implementation.
• Provided user support for the logistics operations successfully at RINL-VSP until December 2009.

• Worked in Mechanical planning section supporting the shop floor people.
• Managed the procurement activities of mechanical spares and consumables for shop maintenance.
• Managed maintenance planning activities for preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, and capital repairs of the Wire Rod Mill.

• Preparation of MIS reports for top management.
• Managed documents related to ISO certification in the Wire Rod Mill and underwent ISO audits.
• Coordinated with auxiliary shops and the area repair shop for arranging critical spares.

• Worked as shift in-charge in the Wire Rod Mill in the Mechanical Maintenance area, taking care of the entire mill.
• Coordination with other sections for the reduction of downtime, and increasing production.
• Coordination with other teams for arranging tools, spares, and consumables for the completion of jobs, as per the schedule during planned repairs and capital repairs.
• Associated with the maintenance of specialized equipment, such as hydraulic, pneumatic, and high-speed equipment.

• Associated in inspection and testing activities during the construction and commissioning of the Wire Rod Mill.
• Worked as a charge man in three shifts in the Wire Rod Mill in the Mechanical Maintenance area, taking care of the Finishing Mill area.
• Worked as a charge man in three shifts in the Wire Rod Mill in the Mechanical Maintenance area for stabilization of the production by reducing downtime.

• 3 months: Underwent classroom training on the working of an integrated steel plant.
• 3 months: I underwent in-plant practical training on the workings of an integrated steel plant at Bhilai Steel Plant.
• 12 months: Underwent on-the-job training on the workings of an integrated steel plant and assisted in the inspection and testing of the equipment and systems in Wire Rod Mill of RINL.
