TPM – TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTAINCE is a Japanese methodology which was successfully implements in ITC Ltd-PSPD. There are 3 JH levels in TPM. We  achieved all the 3 levels in TPM and becomes as World Class Organization. In the part of TPM daily I have been calculating all KPI’ (key performance indicator) s in pulp mill like chemical consumptions, power, water, steam etc. I personally created process flow charts and energy flow charts for easy troubleshooting and new comers learning pulpmill process. used TPM methodology (Total Productive Maintenance) for all situations in the Mill like Problem solving, Reduction of breakdowns, new ideas generation, Pulp enhancements, Cost reduction, Quality maintaining, SLA maintaining, Maintaining EHS policies, achieving targets, KPI improvements, Reduction of wastages, Tracking of KPIs, Avoiding of accidents with Incidents tracking. I used different types of Problem-solving tools like Fish bone analysis, why – why analysis, Pareto chart, 10-steps methodology, Losses tracking, Elimination of contamination sources, Incidents tracking. I deployed Kaizens (New Ideas), OPLs (one point lesson), SOPs (standard operating procedures). I prepared Standardized work sheets for critical jobs, KPIs tracking.

• Project incharge from Operations for upgradation of Fiberlines and cooking Plant from 1200 to 1400 BDMT.
• worked as a project associate in Fiberline 2 and Super batch digester with capacity of 1200 TPD. the state of the art of equipment 400 m3 digesters , pressure screens , twinroll presses , retention towers , chemical mixers and pressurized reactors, screw conveyors , etc., Supplied by VALMET.
• Stabilization of plant right after commissioning of BCTMP plant
• HC refiner, MSD & LC refiners.
• Solved major issues of jamming of chip pump, disc filter & blow line.
• Conducted Design of Experiments for reduction of bleaching chemicals by 30%.

• Overall experience Fiberlines with capacity of 1400 TPD Blown pulp. I have well experience in all the stages in Fiber line (i.e.) Screening, Washing & Bleaching. Well maintained ODL parameters. Well maintaining of Pulp properties like brightness, pH, temperature, consistency, ODL parameters, and Soda loss.
• Good Troubleshooting skills of brightness deviations, ODL parameters deviations, pH deviations, Screens loads in screening, Slot DP maintaining, Knots separation, Liquor balancing, controlling of pressuring of Oxytrac reactors and Lignin % (kappa no.) variations.
• Overall experience in Chlorine Dioxide plant with the capacity of 11MTPD. It comes with R8 process made of Sterling Pulp chemicals LTD, Canada.
• Overall experience in OZONE generation plant with the capacity of 200 kg/hr., which is introduced in India by ITC Ltd-PSPD made by WEDECO, Germany.
• Good troubleshooting skills performed in ozone plant when Oxygen pressure high, Heat exchangers temperatures increased, PSU units temperature increased, Chilled water temperature increased, Ozone gas leakage.
• Worked on projects (Fiberline # 2 , Superbatch digesters erection and commissioned. PEP -2,PEP -3 , PEP -4 , BCTMP )
