Pulpmill(Fiberline , Superbatch Digester) Process Controller.
TPM – TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTAINCE is a Japanese methodology which was successfully implements in ITC Ltd-PSPD. There are 3 JH levels in TPM. We achieved all the 3 levels in TPM and becomes as World Class Organization. In the part of TPM daily I have been calculating all KPI’ (key performance indicator) s in pulp mill like chemical consumptions, power, water, steam etc. I personally created process flow charts and energy flow charts for easy troubleshooting and new comers learning pulpmill process. used TPM methodology (Total Productive Maintenance) for all situations in the Mill like Problem solving, Reduction of breakdowns, new ideas generation, Pulp enhancements, Cost reduction, Quality maintaining, SLA maintaining, Maintaining EHS policies, achieving targets, KPI improvements, Reduction of wastages, Tracking of KPIs, Avoiding of accidents with Incidents tracking. I used different types of Problem-solving tools like Fish bone analysis, why – why analysis, Pareto chart, 10-steps methodology, Losses tracking, Elimination of contamination sources, Incidents tracking. I deployed Kaizens (New Ideas), OPLs (one point lesson), SOPs (standard operating procedures). I prepared Standardized work sheets for critical jobs, KPIs tracking.
