• Two new sites developed to manufacture moulded chocolates within 6 months’ time with minimal Capex
• Production capacity of Wafer sticks manufacturing line increased from 70 MT/month to 110 MT/month by providing & implementing innovative solutions
• Innovative jelly product manufacturing capability developed from ideation to conceptualization first of its kind in the industry

• A confectionery major manufacturing deposited and hard-boiled toffees, chewing gums, bubble gums and sugar coated products having established worldwide brands like Alpenliebe, Big Babol, Center Fresh, Center Fresh Air Action, Center Shock, Chlormint, Chlormint Gum, Cofitos, Happydent Gum, Happydent Protex (Sugar Free), Fruit-tella, Mentos, Marbels, Chatar Patar (Digestive candy) etc

• Evaluation and Implementation of process improvement & energy saving projects

• Handling New Greenfield project in Bangladesh

• Successfully completed the green filed Bangladesh project (manufacturing capability created for Lollypops and hard candy deposited products)
• Successfully implemented waste heat recovery project (steam Boiler) – from Generator flue gas
• Successfully completed cream fills project at Manesar plant
• Member of the SGA aimed to control the over consumption of machine spares, production consumables which resulted in the savings to the tune of 2 million.

• To manage and lead the complete production operations in the shifts and to planning of production schedule and SKUs to run, manpower requirement, machine assignment, raw and packing material requirements for the shift based on the production schedule provided by the SCM
• Monitoring and controlling of key indicators – Factory efficiency, operating efficiency, machine efficiency and reliability
• Operation and maintenance of the processing equipment and packing machines

• Actively involved in multi skilling of SFEs
• Reviewed and improved the sequencing of process and packing operations which resulted in reduced man and material movement thus improving the safety, productivity and capacity utilization
• Played active role in the project “Productivity improvement” aimed at maximizing productivity in secondary packing in different SKUs
• The productivity was improved from 180 units/man day to 250 units/man day
• Involved in the project of reinstallation of deposited line from Delhi plant to Chennai plant

• Successfully reduced the changeover times of two manufacturing line by 60% and 40%.

• An FMCG major manufacturing refined edible oil, biscuits, vermicelli etc., having established brands like Aurola refined oil
• Responsibilities:
• To manage and lead the complete production operations in the shifts and to planning of production schedule and SKUs to run, manpower requirement, machine assignment, raw and packing material requirements for the shift based on the production schedule provided by the SCM
• Ensuring optimum utilization of assigned production lines, packing machines, raw and packing materials and man power
• Ensuring availability of Utilities and smooth operations of ETP

• Successfully reduced refining losses to the extent of 2%

• During training got hands on experience in processing and packaging of Edible Oil refining and analysis of chemical properties of edible oils and in different edible oil processing equipment like centrifuges, plate heat exchangers, chilling plant, and liquid filling & packing machines and also acquired good knowledge of QA.
