- Started regular AD/SB evaluation and reliability meeting between tech services and all other relevant departments including operation and Finance department.
- Successful and uneventful redelivery of leased aircraft with minimum buy out expenses to lessor.
- Manpower and salary adjustment for engineering team to make an win win situation for organization and its employees.
- Prepare and implementation of strategy for two Boeing 737NG aircraft grounded for landing gears, engines and components and maintenance checks. After made serviceable, one aircraft, long due for C check sent to MRO to get the same done. Other aircraft pending for C of A being strategically planned to make ready for inspection and operational. Strategical plan is being made for conversion of DHC8 aircraft into freighter for revenue inflow in COVID situation.
- Liaised with Regulatory Authority, different existing and new vendors, Landing gear overhaul shop (Hangda), engine lessors & OEM, MROs (GMF. AAT, GMR etc) as well as regular discussion with aircraft lessors.
- Prepared and shipped two BER engines for insurance claim with required BSI report evaluation.
- Initiation of induction of CAMO.
- Faced AMO (Part 145) and AOC approval renewal audit with very less number of findings (level 2) to engineering and Maintenance department and received AMO and AOC renewed.
- Made agreement with new ground Handler (e.g. GMR) for future operation plan in cost effective manner.
