Hanooman AI-The Gen AI platform "Hanooman" has been jointly developed for India by 3AI Holding Limited and SML India, leveraging Gen AI technology customized for the Indian market, as reported by INDIAai, an AI-related portal in India, on May 10. Gen AI, an AI technology that generates new content using machine learning, empowers Hanooman to make information easily accessible to users through the use of "Large Language Models (LLM)" and "Integrated Synthesis Matrix." This allows complex data to be converted into user-friendly formats. In addition to translation functions, Hanooman offers a wide range of features, including casual conversations, providing professional advice, complex tasks like coding, and tutoring services. Hanooman supports 98 languages worldwide, including 12 Indian languages, aiming to develop India's Gen AI ecosystem while leveraging the country's rich linguistic and cultural diversity. Hanooman offers both an open-source version for anyone to use freely and a corporate version tailored to specific needs, addressing fields such as healthcare, organizational management, financial services, and education. Currently, Android users can access the free version of Hanooman via web and app, with iOS and premium subscription versions to be released in the future.

Documentation Grievance Management System for DARPG-Developed and implemented a comprehensive Grievance Management System for the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). The system centralizes grievance management, enhancing visibility and tracking for timely resolution. Key features include: Centralized Grievance Management: Streamlined platform for accessing and reviewing all filed grievances. Advanced LLM Integration: Integrated a Large Language Model (LLM) for processing natural language queries, enabling intuitive interactions and precise, context-based responses. Comprehensive Data Analysis and Visualisation: Provided robust analytical tools and graphical representations (e.g., bar charts, pie charts, line graphs) for in-depth insights and trends analysis, assisting in effective issue resolution. This project significantly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of grievance handling and resolution within DARPG.
