Provides direction and training to operators and interns. Conducts formal performance appraisals and provides feedback/disciplinary actions. Ensures that plant operations are performed safely.
- Maintenance of necessary equipment like pumps, screw compressor, reciprocating compressor, blower, valve, pneumatic system, actuator valve, and hydraulic cylinder, etc.
- Oversees plant upgrade and expansion construction. Supervises, monitors, and adjusts regular maintenance activity and production to compensate.
- Planning and execution of preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, and shutdown job.
- Planning and controlling of spare parts for preventive breakdown maintenance.
- Preparation of preventive maintenance. Schedule, checklist, and equipment data history sheet.
- Give necessary instruction/direction to field technicians. To check and ensure that the assigned field jobs are completed and recorded timely.
- Raising requisition for spares, coordinating with the purchase department.
- Communication with the equipment supplier regarding technical problems and design issues.
- Ensuring safety practices for all types of jobs, like LOTOTO.
- Maintain safety of workers. Prepare permits, JSA, pre-plan, etc.
- Maintain 5S of the machine center area.
