• Brain Tumor Detection using CNN and integrating GEMINI Pro model, 05/2024, Developed an advanced brain tumor detection system using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) with EfficientNetB1 as the base model. Enhanced accuracy and efficiency in detecting various types of brain tumors from MRI images. Incorporated key features such as Global Average Pooling 2D for feature extraction, Dropout regularization to prevent overfitting, and Final dense layer with softmax activation for multi-class classification. Developed a comprehensive MRI dataset, applied preprocessing techniques like normalization, resizing, and augmentation, constructed the CNN architecture with EfficientNetB1 as the backbone, and trained and tested the model on labeled MRI images. Integrated the GEMINI Pro Vision model to provide personalized treatment recommendations based on individual tumor and patient characteristics.
