• Tested communication DTMs and driver supports for various business units (Fisher, Micro Motion, Rosemount, Rosemount Analytical, Daniel, etc.). on multiple frame applications like Pactware, FDTContainer, Yokogawa Fieldmate, ABB Asset Vision, etc.
• Tested Fisher ValveLink software with DVC6200, valve characteristics and calibrations in lab, worked on EIM actuators in R&D lab to test open close commands in local env.
• Tested PlantWeb products, such as asset management solutions from v9.0 (AMS), various internal utilities for device configurations, and handheld communicators like HH375, HH475, and Trex.
• Key contributor in releasing the first FDI-based host instrument inspector, participated in host conformance tests.
• Conducted PlantWeb interoperability tests for process transmitters and embedded field devices (pressure, temperature, level, flow, and gas chromatographs) using HART, Profibus, and Fieldbus protocols.
• Performed usability testing and Human-Centred Design (HCD) reviews for device configuration dashboards and web interfaces to enhance user experience.
• Validated instrumentation software applications tailored for specific use cases, including Turbine Rotor Utility, Reference UIP, Device Install Kit Add Utility, FF Segment Design Tool, and USB FF 770 Interface.
