Apple Corp., - BlueSticker to Digital eLabel Migration

BlueSticker portal is an internal tool to track and identify the bluesticker, label and IMEI numbers issued by Chinese government which are required to manufacture Apple products on Multiple sites in China.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• As an Individual contributor, worked on developing the application's backend from scratch to handle Millions of records.
• Collaborated on stages of systems development lifecycle from requirement gathering to production releases.
• Translated customer requirements into written use cases.
• Revised, modularized and updated old code bases to modern development standards with improved performance.
• Discussed issues with team members to provide resolution and worked proactively.
• Conducted module and regression tests with QA and covered all the corner cases.
• Participated in software field testing to verify performance of developed application and reduced processing time of files by 15 minutes.

Apple Corp., - OpenDN Portal Migration

OpenDN is an internal business tool that processes business related files and updates the data to the next system inline.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• As an Individual contributor, worked on migrating the existing application from Web Methods tool to Rest API as the application's backend
• Understood the flow from existing system and replicated the same in Java that processed millions of records from files with huge impact in performance improvement
• Collaborated on stages of systems development lifecycle from requirement gathering to production releases.
• Validation application flow by working on E2E and Regression testing suites.
• Configured and optimized code to fit design parameters.
• Delivered project reports and milestone updates to supervisor.

Global Disclosure Management System (GDMS):

GDMS is a disclosure management system that generates and provide the disclosures for the companies which provides data via input feeds globally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Worked on migrating the legacy disclosure generation system to independent system for reducing the tightly coupled functionalities.
• Actively involved in improving the code quality, covering all possible edge test cases and performance improvement
• Trained and mentored junior developers by transitioning knowledge on application which improved overall team performance

Walmart Inc., - International Mobile Platforms & Applications:

International Mobile Platforms & Applications is one of the Walmart store’s product that manages the price, inventory database, etc., It makes use of the mobile platform for the customer value program at International level.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Involved in developing 3+ web services for the International stores product using technologies with Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Involved in end to end product development to deployment of feature developments, enhancements and bug fixes

Walmart Inc., - CCPA:

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is an act that would grant a Californian Customer the right to request the business to disclose and delete the information that they had stored in all the products or shared with other third parties for legal business purpose.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• An independent component developer for the web service implementation from offshore involved in developing the data models, creation of databases
• Involved in writing unit and integration test cases
