-Critical analysis of client Trial Balances to prepare Balance sheet, P/L account, Financial Work–Papers and the Organizational Structure to calculate the Adjusted Net Income and taxable EP’s.

-Identifying Inter-company transactions by understanding the basis of Transaction and Company
structure of client and making them re-portable.

-Working as per Compliance procedures and knowing the importance of technical aspects like
Acquisitions, Mergers, Liquidations, Partnerships of the client.

-Preparing International Tax Returns (US Taxation) for Corporations, Partnerships and Disregarded
entities by making Financial analysis of data as per IRS standards.

-Coordinating with teams (US - India and abroad) to complete the assigned work within strict
deadlines.
