Execution Responsibilities

• Prepare necessary project-related drawings (e.g., CCP, CRP, TBP, SIP, TOC, Application Logic circuit, and Interface circuit) with the help of the design team.
• Verify all drawings and submit them to the client for approval
• Prepare and submit the final "as-made" documents to the client and Railway
• Motivate and encourage both internal and external design teams.
• Ensure drawings and designs are produced on time, to high quality, and are easy to understand.
• Oversee the design process using your technical expertise
• Work with clients to ensure their expectations are met.
• Review designs with health and safety in mind.
• Raise procurement requests for all BOQ (Bill of Quantities) materials through SAP with the help of the Planning team
  
• Ensure the supply of BOQ materials with the help of the procurement team
  
• Regularly conduct meetings with the Procurement team to ensure timely delivery of material
  
• Prepare call letters with specifications and get client approval for material inspection (RDSO, RITES)

• Coordinate with the safety manager to maintain safety parameters in all S&T activities.
• Conduct weekly TSVs with the EHS team to check safety parameters such as PPE, TBT, LMRA, and FPP.
• Conduct site surveys with the client to finalize the cable route for trenching works.
• Mark signals and location boxes with the client.
• Coordinate with OHE, PWAY, and other departments for glued joint marking.
• Plan work sequences with other departments to avoid hampering S&T works.
• Lead, organize, and guide project engineers to meet targets.
• Monitor and install S&T outdoor components like signals, location boxes, point machines, etc., as per the SIP and CCP.
• Monitor and install S&T indoor gears like IPS, Data Loggers, Relay Racks, etc., according to client requirements and approved plans.
• Mark and install conventional and maintenance-free earthing for S&T gears.
• Monitor and install LC gate interlocking works in midsections and stations
• Manage the technical contractual scope of the project.
• Ensure customer requirements are fulfilled throughout the projects
• Identify additional scope activities, allocate budgets, and obtain.
• Coordinate with indoor execution agencies and clients to get necessary approvals for indoor activities (e.g., TSAA, Indoor Layout Plan, TOC)
• Manage client and subcontractor billing regularly to maintain cash flow.
• Assess materials, get client approval, and manage material requests, PO follow-ups, and material delivery to the site.
• Arrange vendor codes, approve work orders, certify subcontractor work, and manage payments.
