  • Participate in marketing activities and make necessary arrangements for trade events, Road Shows with Saudi tourism authority, conference, etc.
  • Provide product training and briefing to new joiner and guiding Saudia and GSA Team.
  • Maintain cordial relations with Government Agencies, Ministries, DGCA-India and Embassies.
  • Monitoring station administrative functions to ensure same are completed as per Saudia's Policy and Procedure.

REGULATORY AFFAIRS

  • Submission of Airlines schedules (Summer & Winter) and follow ups from Directorate General of Civil Aviation for the approval.
  • Submission of applications for additional flights, changes in schedule and ensure that necessary DGCA-India approvals are obtained before commencement of flights and solving issues if any.
  • Submission of flights data in eGCA portal.
  • Regular visits to DGCA-India for meetings with officials to ensure cordial relations are maintained.
  • Dealing with Airport Authority of India and DIAL for slots approvals and credit facility.
  • Coordination with Ministry of Civil Aviation for various approvals and to maintain cordial relations.
