Internship in a Bakery
SInce a young age I have always been Interested In culinary coursework and pasty making . i have self thought myself numerous things about this field and have done prior internships and classes . at home i have successfully made a number of varieties of deserts like macaroons, eclairs,choux buns , creme caramel, chocolate chip cookies , cupcakes, cake pops and much more . during my internship at the baking culture i realized how a professional kitchen worked like and leant numerous tips and working methods. i have also taken a lot of bread making classes where i have learnt to bake sourdough , lavash, turkish bagels, focaccia , sandwich loaf and more . from my prior knowledge about the culinary arts i have also self taught myself a couple of things .
