· To Co-ordinate with different departments to ensure smooth functioning of the centre & Lab.
· To maintain inter-personal relations with the doctors and arrange for their on-call services.
· To deliver services at the centre on time (within TAT): tests to be conducted on time; reports to be delivered.
· To supervise the housekeeping staffs and ensure that the centre is spick n span.
· To arrange mobile phlebotomist for picking samples from home.
· To schedule appointments, take requests of add-ons and cancellation of tests.
· To collect cash, cheques, etc as per the requirement.
· Deliver presentations and Test information to important clients.
· Conducting CME programs/ Camps.
· Monitor the seminars and wellness programs conducted by the marketing department
· Keeping in touch with internal doctors, external doctors and finding ways to bridge the gap.
