Previous responsibility - Working as Quality analyst, this is a commercial lending work of Bank of America clients, Once the loan is approved for the customer the doc retention team scans the final documents index it, put those in V.V. After, the financial booking team ensures that the loan is properly booked & funded, after the loan is booked by financial booking team, the task is assigned to the collateral team to book the collateral in AFS & perfect the bank’s lien on the collateral so that whenever a defendant is unable to pay off its debts, then bank of America could start lawsuit against that borrower to recover the lending amount.
Also, LOAN IQ experience in paid loan: - in paid loan process, when a customer paid off his full and final debt. Thereafter, Bank of America is to remove the lien on the property against secured loan under this process we need to make sure that every fees, late charges and native amount has been removed from the loan account.

Previous company experience: 18th Nov, 2015 to 9th Sep, 2016 in ESPL UNIT which is a part of BSI financial services. This is a U.S Mortgage lander who lends money to customer to own a secured loan against their property. Our work is to look after foreclosed property. Wherein a defendant is unable to pay off his debt then, we have to start a foreclosure process to recover loan amount by judicial and non-judicial procedures.
