• Operation & Maintenance of Lime Plant (600, 300 TPD Capacity) with various type of kiln like twin D shaft kiln & twin circular shaft kiln with various type of fuel like Natural gas, Pet coke, Coke Oven Gas & Mix Gas & various type of technology supplier like Cimprogetti Italy.
• Experience of kiln Project Phase activity like Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning and Kiln Startup Phase Activity Like cold commissioning & hot commissioning work.
• Experience of kiln pressure test, combustion & lime cooling air pipe line pressure test, kiln valves movement checking & speed adjustment, burning lances adjustment, kiln level indicator setting, kiln extraction drawer alignment & movement checking etc.
• Active participation in kiln startup with LPG & NG & Light Diesel oil fuel.
• Commissioning of Gas Boosting system (Liquid Ring Gas Boosters-NASH) & Trilobe Rotary blower, Twin lobe Rotary Blower (SWAM PNEUMATIC), Kiln Bag filter system with rotary air lock feeder & screw conveyor (TECH FLOW).
• Commissioning & operation of Material Handling system like belt conveyor, Vibro feeder, Vibro Screen, Jaw Crusher & Bucket Elevator & skip winch etc.
