Working on automating stuff like log collection, alerting specific data and reports that are required on frequent interval by company executives, given them UI to build their own reports and alerts and get them published on Slack, Teams, Mails and JIRA.

• Automation is the major work needed to be done to achieve effective site reliability, to achieve the same I have done 100s of automation that reduce the manual work hour by great extent.
  
• Able to reduce head counts per shift by 50%, which is a cost saviour to the company.
  
• All the manual work is done automatically which is error free and also on time, proper alerting helped to inform about the job being done or required channels.
  
• Integration were made to Slack, Teams, Outlook, JIRA and Rest API exposed for the same.
  
• Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.

Given responsibility for team management and training so that knowledge can be passed to the teams and company can scale with less head counts. Successfully completed India’s first SRE Internship program as Program Head Coordinator and able to help interns to get 110% PPO.Developed a product called SRE Insights, that given company a new revenue stream. This is a meta software that helps company to monitor their own softwares efficiently. It comes with a task automation framework where you can achieve any sort of automation with JSON scripting and remove the manual work, Consist of 5 microservices

• SRE Insights works on the philosophy of less code more work, tech involve Postgres, Couchbase, Python ( Fast API ), Python scripting for jobs, Celery, React, Redux, GraphQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, JWT, Elastic Search, Jenkins ,Docker, Kubernetes.
  
• Team of 2 developers work this product and ship first production grade application with in 4 months.
  
• As company deals with multiple technology and vendor so get data from different process is hard for team so created a top level layer using GraphQL which remove the pain of connecting to different repositories and instead bring everything on a single platform.
  
• Manage team of 5 people, JIRA management and sprint planning.
  
• Handling Incidents, Retrospective creation and dealing with war rooms.
  
• Major work done for MTTD and MTTR to achieve better SLAs and generate achievable SLOs with available data.
  

Worked on automating the Kibana error logs and detect anomalies out of that with a quick mitigation.

• Filtering ~ 50M logs per day to detect anomalies
• Alerting for the same on associated channels so that right teams can be informed
  before issue hit the production.
• This approach helped us to reduce MTTR of problem by 70% and production
  incidents by 30%.
• Reviewed code, debugged problems and corrected issues.
• Adjusted design parameters to boost performance and incorporate new features.

This is a project I developed for a US based startup that is digitizing the lottery ticket resale business in the US. Education Lottery is a very good business opportunity for US store owners and it is run by US state government and the house makes 4-7% commission on it, which is made up of total of 5 micro-services.

• Created STORE website that they can automated their whole lottery operations and manage it without any hassle.
  
• In Numbers around 4 Million Dollars lotteries are getting sold through the DIGITAL LOTTERY SYSTEM per month, as per many store owners this is 40% increase in their sales after this system
  
• 80 Inches screens were installed on their shops where live display shows all live going operation which remove FAQs from the customers and they can get all their answers there only.
