  • Leading the 13 Warehouses and 10 factory operations for Secondary Logistics of North India.
  • Responsible for ensuring the availability of the product at the right location at the right time to ensure better fill rates by monitoring various supply chain metrics like onetime execution, Indent vs. placement, Overdue SIT, Out-of-stock on-time execution, and process.
  • Monitoring vehicle utilization, TAT, and suggesting changes for optimum results.
  • Evaluating vendor performance, root cause analysis, and taking corrective action for improvement.
