- Maintenance of Control & Power circuits of LT motor feeders (ABB, Siemens, and L&T).
- Maintenance of Rotary Skin (Drier) which dries the iron ore. Driven by 6.6KV HT motor and equipped with Burner, Control Valves, Dampers Id fans (HT) motors.
- Maintenance of Ball Mill which is used to ore fines the material and Driven by 3.2 MW Slip Ring Induction Motor Equipped with Rotor Controller.
- Maintenance of equipment is like Level Switches, Level Transmitters, Dampers and Weigh feeder calibrations.
- Maintenance and Services of Control Valves and Shut off Valves etc.
- Maintenance of conveyor equipped with Pull Chord, Belt Sway, and Zero Speed Switch & controlled by marshalling.
- Done some projects through Quality Circle.
- Having Experience in Commissioning of Weigh scale and Weigh Feeder (TRANSWEIGH,GDC, FLSMIDTH & MERIC).
- Completed AUMA Actuator Training at Bangalore.
- ISO Audit Documentation Maintaining.
- Shut Down Planning and Preventive Maintenance Scheduling Activity.
- Manpower Distributing for Works at Day Today Work.
- Having hand experience of 13 Years in PELLET PLANT-1 at JSW Steel Ltd.
- Awarded Best Safety Employee.
- Awarded Best Employee of the Year in 2018.
