I am a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and plant operations across manufacturing, FMCG, and industrial sectors. My core competencies include financial management, statutory compliance, direct and indirect taxation, GST, budgeting, MIS reporting, SAP S/4HANA (FI-CO, MM modules), and stakeholder engagement—including with government and regulatory authorities.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led numerous GST audits and departmental assessments, representing organizations across diverse locations in India. I also bring strong expertise in IND AS and IFRS, enabling alignment with global financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.

I have held senior positions including DGM (F&A) at DS Group Ltd. (Guwahati), GM (Commercial) at Khatema Fibers, and DGM (F&A and Commercial) at Holostik India Ltd. In these roles, I contributed to business transformation by implementing robust internal controls, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring timely and accurate statutory compliance. I have been instrumental in capital subsidy realization under NEIDS, led ISO certification audits, established performance-focused MIS frameworks, and played a core role in SAP implementation across multiple operational units.
