  • As a leader of People Function managing a headcount of 1100+ spread across India & APAC (Australia, New Zealand, Japan & Singapore) – 32% of the global headcount and second largest after USA
  • Championing HR Metrics/Analytics; Analyze business information to identify process improvements opportunities for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness
