• Structural performance of deteriorated half-joint reinforced concrete beams, Studied 6 different cases of deterioration in concrete beams. Compared the predicted response (crack pattern, mode and location of failure, load, and deflection) with test data using ATHENA. Analyzed the predicted response of load capacity mode and location of failure with test data using CAST. Concluded that Diagonal re-bars play a vital role in half-joint beams.
• Durability testing of a series of low-carbon concrete, Assessed the carbon footprint of concrete as the key engineering property. Studied case studies of deteriorated reinforced concrete members to highlight the importance of long-term durability. Analyzed the tradition and advanced cement-based materials. Carried out the study for long-term durability and life cycle analysis of the concrete.
