I worked as Shift-Incharge in Production Section and my responsibilities are:-

> Supervised and monitored daily production operations in the dairy processing unit to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of shift targets.

> Ensured compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and GMP guidelines during production and packaging processes.

> Managed manpower allocation, shift scheduling, and work distribution to optimize productivity.

> Maintained accurate records of milk intake, production output, wastage, and shift reports.

> Reported to Plant Manager/Production Head regarding shift performance, deviations, and improvements.

> Cordinated with procurement, quality assurance,

and logistics teams for seamless plant operations.
