  • Coordination and management of volunteering project called Plenti,an initiave under Accord,Gudalur based NGO working in the area of tribal community development .
  • Collaborate with volunteers from UK who are experts in various areas and Partner organizations of Plenti project (Accord, Vidyodaya Tribal school, Ashwini Adivasi hospital ,The real elephant collective and Adivasi Innovation Hub -social enterprises etc) to effectively develop , implement and evaluate short term volunteering projects focusing to serve various developmental needs of tribal communities in Gudalur
  • Manage relationships with partner organizations .
  • Stay in regular communication with Volunteers and Partner organizations to link suitable skills with relevant needs and continue interventions in the long run .
  • Developed feasible strategy for program growth meeting project vision and mission.
  • Implemented a 'Tribal Digital Library 'project as part of which a team led by me collected oral stories related to the traditional customs , community life ,livelihood and aspirations of 4 tribal communities of Gudalur . In the later stage these stories will be published in a website in tribal languages as well as in languages like Malayalm,Tamil and English .

  • Provided technical guidance and frequent training sessions to a team of 214 anganwadi workers in the block, to smoothen the transition process into digital reporting of ICDS service delivery and performance evaluation.
  • Conducted skill development training sessions to anganwadi workers on various thematic areas related to child and women nutrition and development. Coordinated the implementation of various component projects under the mission.
  • During the COVID lockdown time, wrote a module on mental health of children and conducted an online awareness campaign among children and parents in the block with the help of anganwadi workers.
  • As part of the state wide Anemia prevention campaign organized by Kerala government in 2021, directed a short film on Anemia prevention among women and children.

  • Independent study (November 16-December 26 2014, One and half months) done on the socio-economic lives of Theyyam artists of northern Kerala(Theyyam- a ritualistic folk art form of Kerala) with the support of Folk land international ,Payyanur – a known cultural organization in Northern Kerala.

o Made a documentary addressing issues being faced by Theyyam artists in the title of ‘Men Inside Gods'.

  • Field oriented internship (May 19-July 5 2014, One and half months) with ‘Shreyas’ – a well-known NGO in Kerala, at its headquarters in Wayanad district.
  • Field exposure visit (Oct 1-15 2013, 2 weeks) with an organization called ‘Saarang’ working in the fields of alternative education and environmental protection, in the tribal dominant Attapadi region of Kerala .
  • Active member of Spic Macay, an international cultural organization that is working for the promotion of Indian art forms and culture among children and youth ,in its Delhi chapter for three years during the under graduation period (2010-2013).
