Project Title: Premiums and Claims

Description: On daily basis, payment is processed to the different reinsurer. It is a critical activity as we need to pay the correct amount and ensure payment is processed in timely manner. On daily basis, payments are prepared, and it has to approved by GM. It is a critical activity because after transferring funds to Reinsurer, we have to clear our ledger by cash allocation. On Daily basis, we receive payments from the Reinsurer as per bank statement provided by Finance. It is a critical activity because once allocation is done cash is transferred to issuing office by other teams.

· Involved in designing of Process architecture, Objects designing and prepare SDD

· Broke down processes into reusable objects using Object Studio and utilized them to build processes in Process Studio

Project 2:

Project Title: FTTP migration

Role: Development, Testing & Production Support.

Description: The agent will log into BTOR and navigate to sabor. In sabor the robot will locate the customer line. On navigating through the “Order detail” Screen the robot enters the standardized order in sabor. The robot will then navigate to the product details section and populating the required details. Navigate through the “Confirm Order” section filed and will check the certain details have been populated correctly and if so, will confirm order. If there is a discrepancy between the details in blue prism collection and the details in sabor, the robot will check the Edit button in sabor and amend the discrepancy before submitting. Submitting the order will generate an “Openreach Reference” and add to the collection in Blue prism.

For this different data related to customer account number and plan details are fetched from different applications such as c26 & Retail-cafe applications and based on the data Letters are printed in BMM application where the letters are directly sent to the customers.
