Delved into some essentials of procurement basics as part of the entire P2P cycle and underwent training for the SAP ERP MM Module & GEP SMART, understood the need for integration along with the key integration touch points and the most common types of integration errors that could arise during the implementation stage and BAU and how to tackle them by doing effective ownership mapping for a given use case and depicted the entire P2P process flow using Lucidchart. Studied about the ways to integrate the SAP MM & GEP SMART platforms using tools such as API mapping, or the GEP SMART SAP Adapter and also volunteered to be part of a professional stakeholder brainstorming session regarding the best use cases of Agentic AI in procurement and rank them based on financial value. Gave professional stakeholder presentations every week as part of our module on the topics mentioned above.

Gave professional stakeholder presentations about the gathered business requirements to define the project outlines for all the teams/stakeholders involved, did data mapping and conducted back and forth validation checks and debugging on Excel and the client ATS software, DarwinBox, specifically working within it's Payroll Management module. Conducted parallel runs and validated the parallel run-generated data against the client register and went on with the successful handover and client knowledge transfer and the subsequent project go-lives.
