Leading a team of 12 members for end to end Digital marketing operations and for Digital ad supply.

Maintaining a P/L of 1.5 Cr a month and upto 20 Cr annually

Responsible for campaign delivery – India & International.

  • Actively involved in ad detection setup of brands on our SSP

Region Head Client Solution -Performance Marketing

Started off as an AM and grew to a Vertical lead in 6 months handling a revenue of 1Mil$ per bi-month as an AM and a revenue of 2Mil/Bimonth as a Vertical lead.

Post 9 months, was again prompted to region head and my team grew to 50 Members.


My responsibilities as region head were.

  • Managing a revenue of 6mil$/BIM
  • Led a team of 50+ Account Managers divided into 5 verticals, I.e. Internet, Ecomm, Gaming, Finance, and Edutech
  • I Conducted Weekly, Monthly, and Bi-monthly reviews with teams and quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Took over 300 interviews with a 75% approval to-hire rate
  • Conducted campus placements in Delhi NCR and Bangalore
  • Worked with cross-functional teams to help improve products, Pitch decks, and creative solutions
  • Post the Tiktok App ban, Converted to a Hub-based model where I helped interview, hire, train, and develop teams for the SEA, AU, US, LATAM, and EE regions
  • Supported these regions with continuous Client solutions support with the help of 20 member team for Account analysis, Client management, and Optimization strategy.

I joined SVG as a Supply partnership manager and contributed 0.5Mil $ a month of Supply revenue through my portfolio.


My responsibilities held were:


Led the Project dedicated to working with Chinese apps and networks for all account management and supply procurement.

  • Account management for all Chinese Supply partners
  • Campaign quality assessment
