Project description:

Project – 1 – SCB: I have 2.6 years of experience on this project. Scalable Compliant Billing (SCB) is driving an integrated invoicing experience in deal management and billing. With this automation. We expect an increase in tax and invoice accuracy, as well as an improved customer experience.

Project – 2 – SOBG: The project is related to providing the timesheet tool (ESXP) where they can book the actual hours they have worked, and the project manager can do the planning and forecasting for all the resources, where they can track the cost and revenue generated by that resource and overall projects.

Responsibilities:

• I've worked on the global rollout of the Professional Services support module to approximately 100 countries.
• Involved building the O2C solution (Order, billing, invoicing, and credits) to SAP with the integration with ecosystems.
• Good knowledge of the Amendments.
• I have been involved in the implementation project for a prestigious client, where I successfully.
• Configured the SD module according to the business requirements and conducted unit testing, SIT, UAT, and smoke testing to ensure its functionality.
• Worked on major issues related to actual costs, revenue, issue and change management, and project structure.
• Resolved the high-priority issues.
• Taken complete handover on the delivery ledger.
• Prepared test case documents. Understanding the requirements and functional specifications of the application, I carried out functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Report bug tickets with all the steps, and track the bug tickets in Azure DevOps. Responsible for creating, running test cases, and posting defects.
• Execute the test, evaluate the results, and report them correctly.
• Monitoring the jobs and identifying the defects.
• Providing the solution to the issues raised by the end user regarding having a ticket in the incident management.

Project Title : Microsoft –GTS
Team : SAP SD- GTS - Operations
Role : Functional Analyst
Project Details: I have worked on GTS support project for 6 months
Responsibilities:

• Worked in GTS module an SOSE, where I was responsible in taken care of daily system health metrics which includes all the dumps, locked entries, Idocs, job failures, Descartes alerts, Product master etc.
• Worked on Descartes alerts where in Microsoft project, the alerts which we received was automated and thus make sure to validate the received HTS codes/ECCCN were updated info the system successfully.
• Deploys a few work items related to onboarding new lanes. Created test data in ECC system and there by customs declarations has created.
• Involved in SIT/UAT in both ECC and GTS systems.
• Worked on couple of tickets in GTS system.
