Client : Fairway wholesale lending

Fairway wholesale lending is a financing company that funds mortgage loans which uses mortgage brokers with client including the application process. Scope is to implement end to end contact center solution for its customers, remote service engineers and office users.

• Participating in project planning sessions to analyze and estimate user stories for business requirements.
• Testing IVR call flows manually and Functional testing of portal.
• Updating weekly report by pulling JIRA tickets.
• Involved in production (Go live) deployment.

ARMS – CMSS& ARMS – Leave Bidding

Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) has been designed and developed and tested to address the most challenging environments in Airline Operations. This allows to exploit the universal benefits of automation and apply them to resource dependent functions, thereby dramatically reducing overheads and improving profitability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Testing fo Functional flow of the application
• Involved in preparation of Test Cases, Test data, Reviewing and Executing the Test cases.
• Extensive experience in Functional Testing includes Regression, Integration, UAT
• Reporting defects in JIRA and follow up with corresponding team till closure of the defects and to improve the quality of the product.
• Knowledge on various methodologies like Agile (Scrum).
