• Planning & scheduling the maintenance activity of Engines.
• Attending & resolving the engine complaints to get the equipment on operation.

• Providing Technical support and conducting training/refreshing programs to increase mechanical & electrical capability of the engineers at the Dealership end.
• Conducting Review meeting with Dealership to improve the key parameters. (MTTR, NPS, MTBF Etc.)

• Ensuring operations control, troubleshooting, optimization, up gradation, modification and commissioning of various utility systems/ equipment
• Planning and effectuating predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment/ lines to increase machine uptime & equipment reliability with major exposure in utility equipment; increasing the machine availability; monitoring & controlling the inventory of spares
• Heading 20 number of fleets individually; troubleshooting, providing service to customers, discuss with them, make root cause analysis to customer to improve life cycle of the product.
• Following all maintenance guidelines and comply with company’s high level of maintenance standards.
• Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as per the daily & weekly checklists.
• Executing preventive maintenance as per the manual.
• Recording of hours, equipment performance and service events.
• Reviewing all service work performed with the customer and get their signature on the daily service report, preventive maintenance, installation with handling over certificate indicating their acceptance of proper and completion of work.
• Delivering customer operator basic training on machine operation and give them authorization to operate the machine.

• Maintenance of Cat-240 and Loader L1850 from Letourneau.
