• Performing on – site Measurements to verify and validate monthly progress claims from the client
• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing for various project types from the concept design stage to the working document stage
• Certifying subcontractor invoices
• Finalized subcontractor agreement.

Responsibilities:

• Prepared cost estimates with the line item breakdown for conceptual, improvement, and competitive bids
• Communicate with all participants involved in the estimating process
• Continually checking the work product for accuracy and completeness
• Obtain all necessary information from the consultants to complete the estimate
• Negotiate project costs and timetables
• Attending Site Visits, Meetings (pre tender and post tender clarifications) with Consultants and Clients
