• Performance Analysis: Developed and presented well completion reports, weekly and monthly operational highlights, NPT (Non-Productive Time) reports, and 'lessons learned' documentation.
• Strategic Communication: Prepared annual reports and quarterly/annual review presentations for well services, providing insights to leadership.
• Technology & Innovation: I was invloved in new technology implementation, spearheading pilot projects for inline tubings, tubing rotators, plasma pulse technology, and full molded guide sucker rods, significantly contributing to cost reduction and improved Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
